Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your ReFiBuy merchandise. If you need to request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Returns are reviewed individually and may not be available for personalized, final-sale, or damaged-after-delivery items.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are generally not refundable.
